Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.

🌍 Shipping Within the U.S.:
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

📦 Packaging:
We take every precaution to ensure your crystals arrive in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We're happy to help assist where we can!
